Refund policy

Return Policy for fragile products typically includes the following key points-

1. Product is eligible for return in Two cases-

You have received an incorrect product

You have received a Damaged product.

In both cases You must send an unboxing video of the parcel within 48 hours of receiving it at Shreehaar@gmail.com

2.Product must be in original condition with no signs of usage

3. Refund will be issued upon receipt of returned items

4. Since we are dealing with artisanal handmade products so any intrinsic features like air bubbles,slight color change or glaze or slight smudge in some spots does not qualify under damaged products.

No refund or replacement will be provided in such cases.
